1. 서비스 개요

CoinRich(이하 "서비스")는 교육 목적의 암호화폐 모의 선물거래 시뮬레이터입니다. 모든 거래는 가상 자금(USDT)으로만 이루어지며, 실제 금전 거래는 발생하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 자격

서비스를 이용하려면 만 14세 이상이어야 합니다. Google 계정으로 로그인하여 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

3. 사용자 콘텐츠 정책

사용자는 커뮤니티, 채팅 등에 콘텐츠를 게시할 수 있습니다. 다음 행위는 엄격히 금지됩니다:

  • 욕설, 비방, 혐오 발언, 차별적 표현
  • 스팸, 광고, 피싱 링크 게시
  • 타인의 개인정보 무단 공개
  • 불법적이거나 유해한 콘텐츠
  • 저작권을 침해하는 콘텐츠
  • 투자 조언 또는 금융 권유 (본 서비스는 교육 목적)

부적절한 콘텐츠나 악용 사용자에 대해 무관용 원칙을 적용합니다.

4. 신고 및 차단

사용자는 부적절한 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있으며, 다른 사용자를 차단할 수 있습니다. 차단 시 해당 사용자의 콘텐츠가 즉시 피드에서 제거됩니다. 신고된 콘텐츠는 운영팀이 검토하며, 위반 시 콘텐츠 삭제 및 계정 제재가 이루어집니다.

5. 인앱 구매 및 구독

리치코인(RC) 충전 및 멤버십 구독은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 결제됩니다.

  • 구독은 자동 갱신되며, 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 취소하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
  • 구독 관리 및 취소는 App Store 또는 Google Play 설정에서 가능합니다.
  • 무료 체험 기간(제공 시)의 미사용 부분은 구독 구매 시 소멸됩니다.

6. 면책 조항

본 서비스는 교육 및 시뮬레이션 목적으로만 제공됩니다. 실제 투자 조언이 아니며, 사용자의 실제 투자 결정에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 가상 거래 성과는 실제 시장 결과를 보장하지 않습니다.

7. 계정 해지

약관 위반 시 사전 통지 없이 계정이 정지 또는 해지될 수 있습니다. 사용자는 언제든지 마이페이지에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

8. 약관 변경

본 약관은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.

1. Service Overview

CoinRich ("the Service") is an educational cryptocurrency futures paper trading simulator. All trades are conducted with virtual funds (USDT) only. No real financial transactions take place.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use this Service. You can sign in with your Google account to access the Service.

3. User Content Policy

Users may post content in community features and chat. The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Profanity, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language
  • Spam, advertising, or phishing links
  • Unauthorized disclosure of personal information
  • Illegal or harmful content
  • Copyright-infringing content
  • Investment advice or financial solicitation (this is an educational service)

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

4. Reporting & Blocking

Users can report objectionable content and block abusive users. Blocking immediately removes the blocked user's content from your feed. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team, and violations result in content removal and account sanctions.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

RichCoin (RC) top-ups and membership subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play settings.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

6. Disclaimer

This Service is provided for educational and simulation purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice. We are not responsible for any actual investment decisions made by users. Virtual trading performance does not guarantee real market results.

7. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice for violating these terms. Users may delete their account at any time from the My Page.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated as needed. Changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.
